They are not the only school I'm interviewing at, but they are the only one out of four that has not sent out: welcome emails, assigned a fellow grad student to answer my questions, asked my if I need a ride from the airport, offer to have me stay with a current grad student. It's not they I feel like I need to be wined and dined, but it sure would make the school seem like a better fit for me and my family and make the whole process less nerve-wracking for me.
