ND is half in the ACC
ND moved all its other sports to the ACC, including basketball, while BYU is in the WCC.
ND plays a half ACC schedule, while BYU plays the AAC for 4 games a year.
ND is part of the ACC bowl alliance. BYU has one off deals with lower tier bowls that can only improve with a NY6 or playoff invite. BYU is not counted in any conference's bowl agreements.
