Most people missed that. It was in the actual McMurphy response interview....

...on BYUtvSports radio show, and Brett says it very clearly. Go back and listen to that 1-2 minute segment of the interview. I am usually fairly protective of the local 'sports media's" work, but in this case, that is a critically important statement about the SEC's response and neither the Deseret Snooze or SLTrib brought out the latter part of the statement in which the SEC Commissioner made that statement.
