No, they aren't
"Homeopathic" marketed remedies very frequently have miniscule-to-zero amounts of snake oil in the solution they are sold in. That's how they get around FDA oversight. In many cases, they are selling people things as benign as tapwater.

Benign that is, if you consider selling a "product" for outrageous fees to people who have some expectation that it will cure/prevent disease.
