I have personally signed deny letters to multiple 36 ACT kids this past month.

There is no minimum set of numbers that guarantee anything when a school is receiving thousands more applications from admissible students than they can ever possibly admit. All great numbers guarantee is the fact that you will be considered for admission. Nothing more.
