That isolated view looks like a travel at first glance, but...

When you look at the full play, it seems closer to being a legit play. While you're dribbling, your feet can travel several steps. After he bounces the ball on the court on his last dribble, he hasn't fully gained possession of the ball with two hands. Once he gathers the ball and collects it to shoot, he doesn't take too many steps.
