No ref is ever going to call that, and it was an amazing shot by Young. It was tough to lose, but that was just an amazing shot.

Utah wasn't bailed out by the foul on Delon though. It was a bad call at that point in the game, and Utah got 2 points out of it, but it also could have cost Utah the game. There were 7 seconds left when that call happened and Utah was just getting into their set. It is possible Utah hits a shot at the buzzer to win or tie. It is also possible that they miss and lose, which wouldn't change the outcome of the game. I'm not saying this to blame the refs. I'm just pointing out that in hindsight the ramifications of that call were actually worse for Utah than Oregon.

Either way. Blaming the refs for a loss like this is ridiculous. Oregon deserved to win.
