It could be construed as a travel through a technical reading of the rules. Similar motions happen multiple times per game. A ref watching at game speed will never call it. Given that the same thing happened probably 10+ times in this game alone, would it be right for a ref to only call the one that happens with 1 second left on the clock? Seems to me most fans beg for a ref to be consistent above all else. I think they are on this kind of dribble/travel motion. As in, I never ever see it called.
