if you watch the youtube I posted above this exact scenario is explained,4 steps
off of 1 dribble without traveling. Young for Oregon is stepping with his right foot as he takes his dribble, picks up on his left, 2 more steps(his jumpstop). No travel.
It's right at the beginning of the video. He then goes on to teach a sweet move where he shiffles his feet before picking up the ball and then finishes with a euro step. It's a sweet move!
