I actually think it is a travel.

At least at 1/10 speed. It looks like he gets the ball settled in his left hand (hard to see) and then takes three steps. It would actually be easier to tell at full speed because in slowmo lots of things look like traveling. I think we are all just too used to watching the NBA.
