Its possible but not as easy as some people think

I am fairly athletic, I played college hockey, and currently play in a low level pro league in Canada. But i think maybe 3 of us on our team of 20 guys could run a 4.9 40. Its not an easy accomplishment and you have to train for it like anything else. That being said if Spencer runs a 4.9 40 I would be very impressed.
