they've made out with. Numbers are never accurate. Shoot I once got hand timed at a 4.55. Ran against a laser at Stanford and got 4.81. My buddy was one of the fastest kids in NorCal at the time. Went to state for 100 and 200, ran those same events in college on scholarship. We all thought he was 4.3 for sure. Ran a 4.47. Quoting a hand time is like doing girl pushups.
