Working remotely sounds so magical. But I dont see how you can further your
Career when no one ever sees you. If you want to move, you should move companies too.
I'm in the Bay Area right now so I understand the desire to leave. But I'm sure you could find a job in Utah that didn't require you to work remotely right?
