Truth: San Jose has the best weather on Earth. I grew up there, but things have changed. The trouble now is that there are no kids to grow up with. Around the time of my departure they were constantly closing down schools because there simply weren't enough schoolchildren. People are concerned with careers and accumulating massive wealth, not it the having or raising of families. Our third child was born right before we moved away from San Jose and people at stores looked us like we were the Duggars, or whatever their names are. Now that I've been away for 10 years, I don't really miss it.
