Morgan Hill and I'm able to take a bus to work along the peninsula. It's not our dream house, but we feel great about it considering we are still in the bay area. Also, because we are in the exurbs, there is alot of space for our two boys to grow.

With your bosses attitude about working remotely, i'd make sure I have a back-up plan in-case things don't work out at your existing company.
