Had a big job with a lot of responsibilities and spent the majority of his time trying to make one VP/aspect of his job happy and neglected many of his employees/other responsibilities. The disappointing thing is that he is the only other LDS/BYU grad that works for my company, although I don't know how active he was (liked his Starbucks.)
