Showed up stoned to her first couple days of training. She lasted about 6 weeks and caused a lot of problems. She was a mess. In the year and a half I have been at my job, she has been the only one fired.

I have at least 3 coworkers who are terrible at their jobs and have not been fired. One only comes to work about 50% of the time and does decent work. The other runs away from projects like the plague. The last sexually harasses his employees and the last one that complained got treated like crap and never got a raise after the complaint.

Despite all that, this is the best place I have ever worked.
