Our CEO (small, critical access hospital) was let go. He is from Minnesota, and his youngest son just graduated last year and went off to college in Minnesota. He has been phoning it in since then. He has even applied for jobs there to be closer to his son, which I totally understand, but he essentially quit working in the meantime.

The board finally got tired of it, because the other people in the administration had to pick up the slack, and they are getting burned out. They called him in last week and gave him an ultimatum. Either resign, and get a decent severance package, or get fired. He resigned in a huff, and now is essentially doing zilch until his time is up.

So, if anyone knows of someone in hospital admin who wouldn't mind living in a quaint Montana town on the Missouri river, let me know. Would love to get a nice, LDS family in the area. We have a very strong branch (~100-120 attendance), large ym/yw groups, relatively large primary. Heck, we even have 7 kids in the nursery, for crying out loud (which actually happens frequently)!
