BYU sport funds go to sports

building funds go to building funds...so every dept on BYU has to submit a TWO year budget, so the "new" things you are hearing now, was planned at least two years before. Donors give a lot of their money to BYU, so like the bball arena...

As for continued influx of monies, BYU best plan is to get into a sustainable P5 conference and receive that capital.
