It's natural for kids to get jealous of their baby siblings
They may not all be to that extent, but a lot of them will act out to draw attention away from the baby. My 4 yo nephew absolutely loves his baby brother but if the baby is getting more attention, than him, he will act out by doing things to the baby like trying to hit him with toys or sit on him or play roughly with him.
