Your psychiatrist or primary care provider should have a list of resources. Whether or not those resources are covered by the insurance is another matter. Personally, I've had to often go to plans b, c, and d before I find counseling resources that are covered.

Don't forget tele-health as well. This is a great service, where rural or satellite clinics can tap into resources in larger areas, such as psychiatry, where you may sit in a room in front of a high def screen and chat face to face with a counselor who may be half a continent away.
