That one win UTEP team was not better than BYU
If UTEP was better than BYU and the best team always wins, should UTEP have beaten teams that BYU beat?
UTEP wasn't just the worst team in the WAC. UTEP was probably at the very bottom of the pile in all of division 1a college football.
