That assistants need to develop their group to get to the next level. and that bronco's assistance are not capable of creating an NFL culture. Bronco Developed ziggy and van noy. However since then you dont have a stand out assistant that can develop a NFL talent. This is what BYU is missing. Like I said Bronco is to blame on that part of it all. Whittingham's coaches can develop talent so why cant BYU.
