all 7 non-members flamed out before completing their eligibility. They signed a non-qualifier! To say that those kids were low risk would have been a really poor assessment. BYU recruited several of those kids, because they were under the radar and wanted to have a few in the non-missionary pipeline. It didn't quite work out that way...
