MWC got $8M more then the American
in CFP payouts. BSU has a preferential TV arrangement and gets to keep 50% of its bowl revenue.
They have all the national exposure and notoriety they need.
They won't leave the MWC for the American. It would be a step down for them.
BYU had a chance to join the American. Had we done so, BSU would not of gone back to the MWC.
Opportunity lost.
