Disagree. Weber is more established than UVU. Playing them brings interest
across the Wasatch front. Playing UVU does nothing except give the Daily Herald something to write about...
Note: I'm not arguing that playing Weber provides a material benefit to BYU...because it likely doesn't, but there's less to lose by playing Weber (and slightly more to gain) than playing UVU.
