how interesting across the Wasatch Front is Weber St? I'll wager not very.

BYU vs Weber is probably interesting in Ogden and that's about it. BYU vs UVU would be interesting in Utah Valley. Layers of interest would be for former BYU players starring for the ex-BYU coach at UVU. BYU haters in the Valley would have someone else to root for to beat BYU.
