For me, the big drivers are the quality of the job and future impact on my
career, and meeting the needs of my family. Sometimes, for big companies, you have to do the dog to get the good gig.

My parents did a stint in Gustine when my dad worked for Albertson's, which is probably a lot like those places. I liked visiting there, but their bishop was a turd (which could happen anywhere), but I am a farmer by heart...

Bottom line, when you move, praying becomes a lot more relevant because who knows what you should really do. Hopefully receiving an answer can help you through any surprises, staying or going, because there are always unpleasant surprises...
