In the case of the Jazz, it seems to me they have just as good a chance at repairing their deficiencies by developing their young players (who have higher ceilings than most of the available FAs), than bringing in an outsider. I can't see a single member of their core that has peaked, or makes you think "thats not going to work." I see too many teams that screw up chemistry, because GMs have some kind of compulsion to make trades. The Jazz need some depth at center and perhaps a 3 point specialist, but I wouldn't tinker too much with this team.
