1. WV was a horrible addition. No other conference wanted them either. The Big 12 should have added Louisville instead. WV would jump at the chance to join the ACC if they could even now. WV is a bad fit even now and there is not a decent school they could add to make it any better.

2. The p12 is vulnerable only in the sense that the Big 12 could cut into their popularity, tv ratings, time slots, and recruiting more easily than they could the SEC or ACC. I didn't imply the B12 would take any p12 schools.
