I can see where the right two teams might help but the only school being considered in that area is likely Cincinnati.

UCF isn't really going to help, why would a kid from Florida want to go to WVU, particularly when West Virginia isn't much closer to Florida than it is to Texas -- both are around 1,000 miles. UConn, while over 500 miles, likely isn't much better. I have a hard time seeing many from the New York City area having a great deal of interest in going to a "hillbilly" area like West Virginia.

Sure, if you could get another school in the immediate area (Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, etc.) that might help, but there are no other schools in that area that are expansion candidates.
