If the men went unbeaten through the WC and were in the finals they would have
crushed those ratings.
Also, there were empty seats in most of the upper deck of most of the womens WC games including games where the US played. What fraction did Canada pay FIFA to host the games compared to Brazil for the mens WC? I don't think we are talking apples to apples here, regardless of US TV ratings.
