Ratliff was never charged with sexual assault, and the prosecutor said what
happened didn't constitute sexual assault.
Public intoxication isn't anytging close to punching a woman. There was one instance of domestic violence I can remember by a Utah player, and he was immediately kicked off the team and never played again.
