If we switch the roles of the sexes in this scenario
Where the women is pushing her way to the bar and a man turns around with a fist and then swings with the other fist which a women then responds by bloodying the guy's nose, then who gets charged?
If your answer is not consistent then you are letting your biases come into play which should not happen when applying the law.
If you are charging the guy in this case then the women should be charged as well.
