The kid scored 14 points a game in a solid league as a freshman. He has good athleticism and nice size. I understand he plays solid defense as well. He had offers from other quality basketball programs and chose to come to BYU. I believe he has the potential to step in and contribute high quality minutes at the D-1 level. I think the excitement s justified.
