Clean install is just that, you will need to reinstall your apps
Google search: MediaCreationToolx64 then download that setup program. Windows 10 will download and you select option to burn Windows 10.ISO to a DVD. Boot to that DVD, do you clean install. Repartition drives if needs be, etc, but you will have to reinstall those apps.
Make sure BEFORE you do this to write down or print out your Windows 7/8.x product key. THere are utils that will gather that information for you and save it as a file...very handy to scrap that registry prior to and gather those precious keys....
