but on that show, sometimes people get offers from one of the sharks and they say "give me your answer right now. don't talk to another shark" and then the inventor will say "but can't i just find out...." and then the shark will interrupt and say, "never mind. i'm out." (and then no shark will give him a deal and he walks away empty handed.)

i guess it terrifies me that we'll make just one call, just 15 minutes long, and the big12 will say "never mind. i'm out."
