BYU fans see it that way. But, I wouldn't say the rest of the world (B12)
sees it that way.
I think we are seen as better, but, not by a huge enough margin that if we stutter step, they withdraw the offer and go with #2. It may be seen by them that we're only a 10% better choice than BSU or Houston or UCF or cincy.
We already have a reputation of being a bit hard to deal with. If we delayed and then courted teh p12, i think they would flip out and offer someone else.
the WV and TCU offers came very quickly. they aren't going to dilly dally around.
They know we need them more than they need us. Houston, cincy, etc. all the same.
