What a poor perspective.
Independence isn't sucking the life out of this program. Don't be so melodramatic.
If anything, the exposure, scheduling, money, and P5 recognition that are the fruits of Independence are the things keeping the lifeboat afloat. How much worse off would BYU be without Independence? Much worse.
