How does adding teams stabilize the B12?
Are B12 teams not going to want to leave if there are 12 but not 10?
It creates a CCG but until the last year the B12 didn't care about that.
The B12 can invite a non-P5 team at any time. These non-P5 teams aren't going anywhere else.
