Without Prop 8, I believe BYU would have been invited instead of yewtah. Hopefully, we would have accepted and not said, "we won't go without the yewts" like we usually do.

So far we haven't gotten an invite. When asked, the "not a good fit" is used by the pac12 as to why. No one probes the reason of ""not a good fit" because everyone already knows the reason. It is unspoken, yet clearly understood.

I don't see an invite coming.

Unless the pac goes (forced) to 16 and they can only get TX and OU and perhaps only Kansas and BYU would MAYBE get an invite because:

A. We are an excellent fit geographically.
B. We are an excellent fit athletically.
C. We fit well academically.
D. Enough time has passed from prop 8. Although our impending split with the BSA is just going to remind them just how much we are haters.
E. They don't want SDSU and they can't find someone else to get to 16.

In the meantime I'd take the B12 in a NY second.
