Complete withdrawl from sports talk. I get busy with things I need/want to do, I

don't listen to sports radio (I actually don't anymore at all anyway) and I don't come here for a few days (or at least turn off the sports categories). It used to ruin me for days - my wife hated it. I know myself well enough now to deal with it fairly well.
