same reaction as whoever told Monty that it was "no big deal". I thought it sounded a little bit much to charge him based on the story.

However, after I reiterated the story to an attorney friend of mine he explained some of the legal troubles that Davis could face. And if what my friend told me about how Davis reacted at the scene, my attorney friend says they really could've gone after something harsher than a misdeameanor A which is still significant. He could face up to a year in prison. But he likely won't because he's a first time offender.

Anyway, I wasn't clear in my previous post, I hope this clears it up.
