Utah's position in P12 and wins over BYU are part of it.

I freely admit that myself and others have something of a psychological scar from watching Utah beat BYU 4 times in a row and join the P12.

The crazy thing is, those are about the only things breaking in Utah's favor. Actual play is a wash. Utah is percieved as "more athletic," but that has been the case for a long time.
