The courts have overturned nearly every NFL punishment. Even Adrian Peterson's suspension was overturned. The only one that wasn't overturned is Ray Rice. And if there had not been video and widespread public outcry, I have no doubt that would have been overturned as well.

As far as this judge's well reasoned opinion goes, of the endless discussion on this investigation, I only heard mention of point c. Nobody brought up points a and b, but now everybody is saying, "well of course Tom Brady's due process was denied, duh" even though the NFLPA signed over most of their due process to the commissioners office during the last collective bargaining agreement.

I stand by my assertion this and similar reversals in the past gut the NFL's ability to police the league. Long term, this hurts the NFL.
