I understand Krakauer threw stones he shouldn't have
And the movie throws a stone back at him. At the same time my reading of "Into Thin Air" is Krakauer admits his confusion and unwillingness to offer assistance. And I thought he even offered an apology, if not in the book then in a postscript, of accusations he had made about other group leaders.

All this to say that while I have no love for Krakauer this regurgitation of bad feelings for a tragedy does not reflect well on any of the participants. I had considered seeing the movie but from what I've heard of it and the disputes about it I'll wait for it to be on my TV.
