Ok. You got me. You mentioned bucees, so you definitely have to be a good guy.
To answer your question - that's one of my biggest frustrations with independence. When we already know what bowl were destined for, it takes away from some of the excitement. There's no conference championship to play for, and no question of which bowl were going to end up in as long as we're bowl eligible.
I'll always cheer for the Cougars no matter what, but wish we were in a conference.
