I need to change banks, any suggestions.

We've been banking with chase since they bought out washington mutual. In our little town we have a few local credit unions/banks, key bank, us bank, wells fargo, and bank of america. Does anyone have any experiences with the larger banks mentioned?

USAA is clearly the best, but if you don't qualify, that means nothing.
