I had a credit card from Utah First and asked specifically if it was good for international use and was told yes. Spent time in India and found out it was good for merchant transactions only, could not use it at an ATM. Fortunately, my wife and I both had bank debit cards or we would have been out of luck in obtaining cash. Also, in my experience I have not found a financial institution, CU or bank, that can match the Wells Fargo Bill Pay application. I use the best for me that is offered by both types of financial institutions, CUs and banks, and I don't get hung up on which is "best" overall.
