They don't have branches, which might bother some people, though in the 3 years I've been with them, I haven't needed a branch because their website is extremely easy to use. They have a great app which allows easy photo check deposits and money transferring. Their current savings account APR is 0.7%, which is better than almost everyone else. They have ATMs at many gas stations so you don't have to look for a nearby branch.

I really love that they have almost no fees--I say "almost" because I bet they have some fees somewhere, but I have yet to experience them. They even mail my rent check every month for free.
